  • What about viruses?

    Computer viruses continue to disrupt the business day and rob people of their valuable time and money. Firewalls don't protect against most viruses. It is the user's responsibility to be "virus aware" and protect their home/office environment whenever possible. Firewalls cannot replace security consciousness on the part of users.     Proteched, LLC has a very high success rate with hard drive/media storage data recovery. Our in-house technicians can recover data from a variety of hard drive/media storage problems.     When you experience any media storage problems it is extremely important that you not hesitate to resolve the problem immediately. In most media storage problems it is best to, again, turn off the system immediately and then figure out what to do. Our technicians will keep you posted on developments with the data recovery process as they occur. Additional billable work will be done at $50 unless requested not to do so.

    After recovering your data, Proteched, LLC offers several means of returning the data to you. Depending on the size and amount of recovered data, they may be placed on CD's, DVD's or the data may also be placed directly onto another hard drive either provided by customer or puchased from proteched for an additional fee.

We offer support, troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrades for your current network or the design and installation of a completely new network environment that will meet all of your current needs and your needs for the future.
